HeartHub is the American Heart Association’s patient portal for information, tools and resources about cardiovascular disease and stroke.
The website features sections called Health Centers that include resources on topics such as arrhythmia, cardiac rehabilitation, caregivers, cholesterol, diabetes, heart attack, heart failure, high blood pressure, peripheral artery disease and stroke.
Online tools are available to help users understand their risks and treatment options. An online video library is also featured.
Information is also available in Chinese, Spanish and Vietnamese.
